At Cadence, we aim to make the fees we charge easy to understand.
From the very start, we’ll explain all the costs involved, such as initial and ongoing fees, platform charges, and fund costs, so there are no surprises.
Service costs for our wealth service
Our ongoing service fees are transparent and deducted directly from your investment. They are tiered based on the value of assets under our advice, as follows:
- 1.00% per annum on assets up to ÂŁ500,000
- 0.75% per annum on assets between ÂŁ500,000 and ÂŁ1 million
- 0.50% per annum on assets between ÂŁ1 million and ÂŁ2 million
- 0.40% per annum on assets over ÂŁ2 million plus.
These fees cover full lifestyle financial planning, portfolio implementation, fund research, rebalancing as required, access to our Wealth Portal, regular reporting, and any applicable fund rebates. VAT is not applicable to any aspect of Cadence’s fees.
Your adviser will confirm the set percentage you will be charged for our ongoing service.
How do I know if your fees are competitive?
We undertake regular market research and always aim to provide the best possible value for the fees we charge.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No. The initial meeting is provided at our own expense. We believe it’s important for you to understand how we work and what we can offer before making any commitments.
What is your minimum fee?
Our minimum fees are ÂŁ1,000 for the initial advice and ÂŁ1,000 per annum for ongoing service.
